They came out with 15min of me calling and were so kind and helpful. Don't think I'll use any other plumbing company except Beacon.

Dan was very professional and pleasant. He answered all my questions and explained that I had a thermo HVAC which I had no clue. Since I have only lived in this home less than four months. I learned stuff I had no clue of.

Josh was awesome. Really took the time to explain things (old house with lots of idiosyncracies), good quality work and was professional and personable.

Jonathan was at my house within an hour of my calling, and had the problem fixed about an hour later. He was friendly and, as far as I can tell, did a great job. All very easy as plumbing issues go. Thanks!

Brady Larson of Beacon Plumbing came to my house on a Sunday two months ago to repair a backed up garbage disposal in our kitchen. He did fine work and explained the problem with potato skins in the disposal. Fast forward to last night, my wife discovered a leak beneath the kitchen sink, so I called Brady and we made an appointment for 8 AM today. On time, he repaired the leak under the sink by tightening a connector for some white drain pipes.

I think they are a pretty good company, but they left me hanging in the end. They completely misdiagnosed the issue we had. The problem was always with my well not the plumbing in the pump house and they didn’t figure that out until I had spent many thousands of dollars paying them to redo the pump-house plumbing, etc..

Ken A and Evan were life savers, not only did they work extra hard to remove my lid on my septic, which of been stuck forever, but once opened, they cleaned it unbelievably well they just went the extra mile.

Jonathan did an amazing (and very efficient) job ripping out and replacing our very old and broken down sink and faucet. It was not an easy job, and he did it perfectly! I absolutely love our new sink and faucet! Before and after photos below.

I had a project on my commercial building with Beacon. I would highly recommend them, they showed up on time finished the job and cleaned up after themselves! My technician was super friendly and worked around my schedule.

We woke up to a busted water heater leaking all over our garage Thanksgiving morning. They saved the day and showed up right away and had us fixed and out the door in an hour, and for less than I was expecting. They've saved us twice now and I have been very satisfied each time, working with us to find the best and cheapest option.

Our AC quit at an awful time (not that it's ever a good time) but John and Evan came out the same day and were able to fix the problem quickly. They were very knowledgeable and friendly. We'll definitely be calling Beacon for any plumbing, heating or AC needs in the future!

Discovered our toilet leaking about 2 hours ago. Called Beacon. Their tech called about 15 minutes later. Half hour later he showed up like said. Fixed it and did an amazing job. Jon was very professional, attentive, knowledgeable, and definitely knew what he was doing. Thank you so much for helping us!!!

I would like to say the “whole” crew from Beacon, that fixed my problem and got me back to being able to turn my water back on ….after 96 hours without, were very professional, pleasant to work with, very informative by answering all my questions and then adding information I didn’t ask.

Beacon helped us with a huge problem. Our house built in 1905 had a sewer line collapse. Our technician Brady was the best! He was great at keeping us informed throughout the project and finished on time, much to our amazement.

I can't say enough good things about Beacon. I was completely blocked from using my water. They were able to get me scheduled and had everything fixed within hours. The Mark and Quinn were incredibly kind and explained everything along the way. I will definitely be using beacon for anything I need in the future.

Alex was friendly and professional. He explained what the issue was and what the options were for repair. The flat rate quote was precise and affordable. He checked then double checked his work to make sure the new parts and repairs were working correctly. I would definitely recommend and call Beacon again for any plumbing issues.

I had an emergency water plumbing issue Josh and Jack with Beacon Plumbing, Heating & Mechanic came to see what was going on. They got out here quick which was so nice it is very hard to get people to come out to our rural community so Josh and Jack coming same day was AMAZING greatly appreciated.

I’ve worked with Josh on multiple of my water mitigation jobs. He does a fantastic job at explaining to the homeowner what my role will be in the entire process, as well as what his role is fixing the leak itself. I would highly recommend Josh at any emergency service call or any routine maintenance call for all your plumbing needs!

After uncovering a plumbing mess under concrete in basement bathroom remodel I needed a pro. Josh came out the same day to get me a bid and was able to get the pretty extensive job done in just a couple days. After the job was done we ran into an issue with the drain placement, Josh said “no problem” he came back and had it all straightened out within a couple hours.

I called around to see about getting a plumber out for a semi emergency. The three other shops I called were 2days to a week out. Then I remembered the TV ads about Beacon.

The ceiling in the basement started leaking, we called Beacon and in less than an hour Brady showed up. He found the leak in a matter of minutes and stopped the water flow and then gave us multiple repair options and prices. Brady is super nice and courteous and he did an amazing job. Best experience with a plummer I've ever had 100% recommend them to anyone in need

I reached out to beacon plumbing after having received multiple quotes from other plumbing companies where I was told I would have to spend thousands of dollars to fix a pipe issue. Not only were they here in less than 30 minutes , they saved me thousands of dollars. They know what they're doing and will not take advantage of you. I am so glad I found this company and had them come and give me a second opinion.
